Asphalt surfaces are susceptible to damage and deterioration over time due to environmental factors. The application of a hot rubberized sealant to cracks ranging from ¼” to 1” wide is a fast and cost-effective solution to repair and extend the life of your asphalt surface.

Our team specializes in crack repairs using hot rubber and sealants. We use a pavement crack router to route out the crack with carbide-tipped cutter blades and create a reservoir into the crack. After routing, we remove all loose debris and dry out any moisture in the cracks with a hot air lance, which provides high-velocity compressed hot air generating temperatures of over 200 degrees Fahrenheit for faster and thorough drying. Our approach includes depth cut, blow, and fill to ensure a durable and long-lasting repair.
